Local Elections 2016 – Northfield ward

Birmingham Northfield Candidate — 5th May 2016

Keith - Centenary Sq (cropped)I am really pleased to have again been selected to stand for election in Northfield – this time for the City Council election, following from my candidacy for the Parliamentary seat last year.

When I look across the politics of this great City I see so little difference between the traditional two parties and so much more that could be done to improve the way our Council and City is run. Having been so heavily criticised by the Kerslake report which detailed so many failings we have still not seen the true change of heart and new direction this City deserves.

The economics of both Labour and Conservative Councils over recent years have left our Council in a dire state economically with debt up to their eyeballs.

We need to stop the waste, use our resources properly and where services are provided make sure that they run efficiently and for the benefit of the people using them not the convenience of the Council.

Above all we need to save vast sums currently being wasted across the whole Country. Taxpayers’ money which should be used to support our NHS, schools, housing, social services and more.

We have the opportunity to get our Country back by voting to leave the EU on June 23rd.

If you have any questions for me or would like to help my campaign I am always pleased to hear from you – please email me on: ukip@keithrowe.info or use the contact page on this website.

If you see me on the campaign trail over the next few weeks please do say hello.

Thank you for your support.
